Working out doesn’t have to take place in a weight room!
Exercise is exercise and your body doesn’t care where that takes place.
Working out in a gym often has its benefits, like the equipment you have access to, but that doesn’t mean you have to have that equipment to workout.
Why is this important?
Well, working out is great for our health and if we limit our ability to workout based on a location, thinking you can only train at the gym, then you are doing yourself a huge disservice.
Instead, when you realize that exercise is just a concept that can be applied in many different ways, then you realize that you can find time even in your busy schedule.
Small things like taking the stairs, going for a walk, working on some bodyweight mobility exercises, or cranking out some pushups all have their benefits!
