Prop 65 - California Residents Only

The following notice APPLIES ONLY TO CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS AND NOT TO CONSUMERS IN ANY OTHER STATE, nor any other country.

California law requires us to put the Prop 65 notice on our product, if we have any ingredient that tests over 1/1000th of what the World Health Organization terms as “Safe Harbor Levels” of a huge list of chemicals, including naturally occurring minerals.

All of our products are third-party tested by independent labs for heavy metals, purity, and potency and fall well within safe limits established by the FDA and World Health Organization. To put Prop 65 in perspective, just 1 serving of natural vegetables such as green beans, spinach, and brussels sprouts all greatly exceed levels set by the Prop 65 law.

California's Proposition 65 requires the additional warning that our California customers will see on our labels for our Whey Protein Isolate.

We will comply with this law, and until any legislative changes occur, we will continue to place Prop 65 Warnings on our Whey Protein Isolate and any other relevant products sold to customers in the state of California.
