If you are unhappy with any Upper Echelon Nutrition product for any reason, send us an email at support@uenutrition.com within 30 days of your purchase with the subject "REFUND REQUEST" and your order number and the reason for your request and we will refund your money or give you a store credit of equal value, whichever you prefer. 

Please note that if you purchase more than 1 unit of a particular product and request a refund, the refund will only apply to the first unit of that product.

Please also note that shipping costs will not be refunded for any international orders.
