Shipping Policy

• We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
• Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery distance and the weight of the package being shipped.
• Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.
• Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and in most cases, go out within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
• All orders shipped to New Jersey and Utah addresses will be charged applicable sales tax. Shipments to other states will not be charged sales tax.
• All prices listed are in USD.
• We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. A tracking number will be provided, please allow 1 business day for the carrier to update the tracking information.
• Orders are typically delivered 2-4 days after they are shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times as this is entirely dependent on the carrier. 
• Please email our support team for any questions or concerns about your order at support@uenutrition.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.

Canada Orders

• Canada orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and on average will arrive in 6-10 business days from date of shipment. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee shipping times, especially for international orders. In some cases, USPS Priority Mail shipments to Canada may take longer than expected.
• International shipping cost does not include import fees, customs, duties or value added taxes (VAT). All prices listed on our website are in USD.
• International orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes and customs duties required by Canada; however, many of our Canadian customers are not charged additional fees when they receive their shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs charges and/or import duties are not included in the price of the order. These vary greatly and unfortunately we are unable to anticipate whether or not you will be charged additional fees, or in what amount.
